The Liquid Manure is Coming!
Those of you living around Lake Ontario, like me, are getting a special treat from New York. 11 million litres of liquid manure. That’s right, liquid manure.
Apparently, late Wednesday or early Thursday, a stream of cow waste flowed into the Black River in norther New York newar the town of Lowville when a retaining wall holding back the waste blew out.
The manure continues to flow westward toward Black River Bay, which flows in Lake Ontario.
The spill is responsible for killing hundreds of thousands of fish. Hundreds of thousands.
Gross and sad.
