The Armchair Environmentalist
The Armchair Environmentalist by Karen Christensen is a nice little book I picked up a few months ago.
It describes itself as a...
..and, I guess it is. The focus is on reducing our use of water & energy and creating a healthier environment at work and home. I really enjoyed the format of the book and the simple, easy-to-do tips. This the 3-minute-a-day concept. The book shows that a little change can make a big difference.

I received this book as a gift from Greenthinker Scott (thanks Scott!).
