Where I live, there is a 3 garbage bags per household/week limit. This is quite a large amount of allowable waste.

I often see houses with more than 3 garbage bags out. I wonder if they get fined or in any sort of “trouble.” Is there a garbage bag cop?

I guess I better investigate this further…
