Solar Decathlon
The 2005 Solar Decathlon is on now in Washington, DC from Oct. 7-16. 18 teams are competing. The houses look pretty awesome.
The University of Colorado are the defending champions from 2002. Greenthinkers is secretly rooting for them because they have an Envirolet® 12VDC Composting Toilet in their house!
Try and go check it out! It looks like a lot of fun.

Comments are sorta kinda broken right now. We're working on it but to save energy can only work in daytime when solar system is at peak performance.
