iCompost reports that Toronto has completely rolled out its Green Bin Program to the entire city (those in residential houses anyway).

I also heard about this on Toronto’s CP24 where they reported that North York (a borough of Toronto) was the last area to participate. With the addition of its 24,000 residents (pretty sure that was the number), the entire city is involved. Mayor David Miller also said that apartment buildings were next.
