In 1971, 17-year-old Barbara Jaffe opened a small bakery in northern California. Determined to provide the best-tasting natural baked goods possible, her bakery soon grew from a storefront start-up to a thriving wholesale business. Barbara and her family sold the company in 1986, but Barbara’s Bakery is still going strong.

Committed to producing natural products made without preservatives, artificial ingredients, hydrogenated oils or refined white sugar, they have expanded their product line to include cereals, crackers, cookies, chips and snack bars (under the Nature’s Choice® brand name).
