It’s nice to see that I’m not the only one annoyed by shops and businesses blasting their air conditioning while keeping their doors open to indicate that they are open for business. Epecially in a heat wave, is that really necessary?

At least one city says no. Toronto has started a Close the Door on Energy Waste campaign to raise awareness and get those wasteful stores to close those doors. Excellent work Toronto.
