Numi Organic Tea

Numi Organic Tea, known for their fair trade certified teas in many flavours, has just adopted a sustainable approach to their packaging as well - no cello-wrap and 100% post-consumer recycled content in its tea boxes, wraps and even their labels. Plus, their teabags are made of natural filter paper and are fully biodegradable.

Furthermore, all of their shipping boxes and supplies are recyclable and most contain recycled and post consumer waste material. They use soy-based packing peanuts that are 100% biodegradable (they actually dissolve in water). All of this will annually conserve over 2,000 trees and reduce landfills by 131,000 pounds.

Whew, that’s a lot of recycling. Better sit back and relax with a warm cup of tea.
