School Lunch Week: Litterles Lunches

This week we’re going to take a look at those lunches our kids take to school and how we can make them more ‘green’. On average, a school-aged child with a disposable lunch generates approximately 67 lbs. of waste per school year. That’s insane. Try not to think about what a whole school full of those pesky kids produces.
