We’ve been meaning to mention (or “give a shout out to” as the kids might still be saying these days) Heather Schibli and her delightful Passenger Pigeon collection of gorgeous outfits made with organic and sustainable fabrics.

The so-called eco-contemporary pieces are designed, sewn, dyed, and screenprinted in Toronto and are made from organic cotton, hemp, ecospun and tencel. The name is a nod to the formerly flourishing and now extinct bird and is a perfect image for a label that integrates both the beauty of textiles and fashion with that of environmentally responsible business practices.

We can’t say enough good things about Heather and her collections.
