We’re all about cool new wind turbines for residential and commercial use these days. And the newest one on the block is the Stormblade. That Loopwing is so 2006.

The Stormblade Turbine promises to be able to convert up to 70% of wind power into electricity, double the current average. And its makers are predicting it will be less noisy and more wildlife friendly than most current conventional turbines as the propeller blades and all the moving parts are housed within the nacelle (see pic).
