Giancarlo Ceci's Organic Olive Oil

A product that has recently hit my kitchen counter with applause is Giancarlo Ceci’s organic olive oil.

According to Farmaround, this high quality olive oil is from the Puglia region of Southern Italy, an area famous for its olive trees. It is produced by Giancarlo Ceci on his 170 hectare farm, ‘Agrinatura’, set 250m above sea level where the olive groves are surrounded by oak woods.

The olives are hand picked and processed immediately; and the filtration is done using natural methods thus preserving the quality and distinctive flavours of the region.

And oddly enough, it’s even available at Costco.
