While the Dyson Airblade Hand Dryer wasn’t at IDS-07, Dyson was showing its vacuum wares and we enjoyed the show. Armed with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, the Dyson folks know how to do it up right.

But to the topic at hand - the Dyson Airblade. We have touched on the old hand dryer vs. paper towel debate before, and billed it as “To Be Decided”. And if we end up putting our vote in for hand dryers we will definitely push for this one. Billed as the hygienic hand dryer that’s twice as fast as the competition, it includes some very cool features: unique hand drying action that uses 83% less energy, a design that helps it work twice as fast, plus gizmos with long names like the Dyson Atomising Technology and the Dyson Digital Motor.

Currently only available in the UK and Ireland, we hope to see it here soon.
