One booth that made us say “huh?” at Canada Blooms this past weekend was the Composting Council of Canada. We have a national composting council? Of course!

The CCC is a national non-profit, member-driven organization that advocates and advances composting and compost usage. It serves as a network and resource for the composting industry and, through its members, contributes to the environmental sustainability of the communities in which they operate.

Now that we know they exist, we’ll be checking that site now and again to see what they’re up to in the future.
