A new feature around these parts is the Greethinkers Top 5, named so because we’re big Bobby Rivers fans and for our general fondness for countdowns. And this week we’re looking at the top 5 ‘green’ jeans.

First up, the classic mega brand Levi’s hit the eco-streets in fall 2006 with certified organic cotton jeans. Organic cotton is used in select new and popular men’s and women’s styles within its Red Tab label and also the recently launched, Levi’s Capital E lines where the jeans are identified as “Levi’s Eco”.
