A late entry into our list of Green Living Show, uh, entries, is the Sustainable Condo.

Captured interactively by CBC.ca, the Sustainable Condo is a full-size display suite designed to demonstrate how comfort and environmental responsibility can be achieved by combining smart, innovative design with state-of-the-art green building technologies, materials and products. Outfitted with green roofs, hot water recovery systems, infloor heating and cooling, raw wool carpeting, the Condo’s internal systems and interior designs are green, sustainable and energy efficient.

The energy-saving strategies include an energy efficient fridge and dishwasher, an energy and water efficient combined clothes washer and dryer, a dual flush toilet, low flow showerheads, a Xero Flor green roofing system andf so on and so on.
