Top 5 Green Design Books: Eco Chic Weddings

ecochicweddings_photos.jpeg

While not a design book per-se, we thought we’d end this particular Top 5 with Eco-Chic Weddings by Emily E. Anderson (Hatherleigh Press) - it is wedding season after all.

Wedding can be eco-friendly too. And as wedding parties spend over $125 billion a year in the U.S. alone, a green wedding can have an impact. Eco-Chic Weddings presents some simple tips readers can use to make their weddings environmentally responsible.

And of course, going green doesn’t mean you need to spend the green. Eco-Chic Weddings provides all the resources you need to create your environmentally friendly and fun celebration on a budget, such as using in-season flowers, skipping the save-the-date card, don’t bother with items you will only use at the wedding and instead instead invest in dresses, shoes, or glassware you can reuse.

More tips in the book!
