Energy Saving Adapter Concept
A lot electrical devices these days (printers, scanners, and the like) have an energy-saving standby mode; but even then, it is said that about 10% of today’s electrical costs come from energy wasted by devices in that mode.
The Energy Saving Adapter by Gilles Belley can sense this waste and display symbolic symbols notifying the owner of wasted energy. And then, if no one responds within 3 minutes, it automatically turns off the device in question. What a great idea. This needs to go from concept to reality quick.

Comments are sorta kinda broken right now. We're working on it but to save energy can only work in daytime when solar system is at peak performance.
