Summer Energy Saving Tips

Tips? Tips!
Why not save some cash while spending time in the summer sun? And with that in mind, here are a few helpful tips to help you conserve energy, save on electric bills, and save on those pesky power plant emissions:
Set your thermostat. As a rule of thumb, 26 degrees Celcius (79 degrees Farenheit) should suffice, if comfort permits.
Keep the sun out. Close your drapes and blinds during the day to keep the heat out. At night, open them up to allow the cooler air to come in.
Turn off the dry cycle of your dishwasher. Open it up and let your dishes air dry.
No more dryer. Let solar and wind power dry your clothes, on you clothesline.
That’s 5 good tips right there. Thanks GreenSaver!
