Solana Gold’s Gravenstein Organic Apple Sauce is made from apples picked from gravenstein trees that are often over 100 years old, with 30 foot canopies. And you know what else makes this stuff unique - despite Sonoma County’s (California) hot dry climate, the makers don’t irrigate, forcing the trees to seek moisture builds character, crunch and intensifies aroma and flavor.
