Chocolove Gets Some, Uh, Love

While we were scoping out the Consumer Reports website yesterday, we came across an indepth look they took at the tastiest dark chocolate out there. And one of the highest rated chocolates was Chocolove. Organic Dark.

Chocolove Organic Dark gets this treatment on the Chocolove website

On a Caribbean Island, organic farming has stimulated the cocoa trees to produce cocoa beans that are full of character. The big fruity flavor, acidity, and bitterness of the beans are artfully crafted into a balanced full-bodied premium chocolate as only the Belgians know how to do. Upon eating, the extra cocoa butter softly gives way to tangy, bittersweet cocoa flavor.

Sounds like it’s worth a try!

As a sidenote, Newman’s Own Organics Sweet Dark received the lowest rating of any of the tested dark chocolates.
