Top 5 Green Garden Pest Solutions: Slugs
There are as many slug solutions out there as there are slugs. But our favourite is to fill a small container with a bait of 1 part yeast, 1 part sugar and 10 parts water, or beer and water, to drown them. Salt is also an instant killer.
And as a note, control of slugs is best started in the spring, as each surviving slug could result in many new ones.
