Black Friday has come and gone. Our sanity has returned. And now it’s time to start our holiday shopping in earnest. And sure, the true spirit of a green Christmas (or whatever you may celebrate) isn’t exactly best served through shopping and mad consumption but let’s be honest - giving gifts can be a real treat, especially when they are thoughtful and thoughful of the earth.
