Kettle's Backyard BBQ

kettlechipbackyardbbq_photos.jpg

While today might not be the best day to tackle this, there is yet another fun reason to create your own backyard habitat for local flora and fauna with National Wildlife Federation’s step by step guide on how to ‘garden for wildlife.’

And what is that new reason? A free bag of chips! That’s right, next month Kettle Foods is launching its newest flavor – Backyard Barbeque - and will donate $1 to NWF for every backyard certified by August 31. Plus, earn Certified Wildlife Habitat recognition and receive a coupon for a free bag of Kettle chips.

But why Kettle Foods? Well, it’s interested in its own backyard too - it just restored a 2-acre wetland adjacent to its Oregon headquarters and is revitalizing a 5-acre prairie at its new LEED Gold certified factory in Wisconsin. That’s America’s number one natural potato chip brand for you.
