Green Websites?

Wired recently brought up something that we had never really considered. And it’s called Blackle.com - a search engine that claims to help save energy by offering a version of Google that has a black background, which may cut down on your display’s electricity consumption. Does this actually make a difference?

And that’s not all. There are also green search engines and green dating sites. Who knew! And while we’re at it, does that Greenbook Facebook application really do anything? And why does this post have more questions than answers?
