Playback's Green Issue

Another month, another magazine coming out with a green issue. This time it’s Playback - Canada’s film and television monthly.

As one article says, the inconvenient truth about film and television production is that it is a very disposable industry. And in this issue, there is much talk as to how to change that - from changes on set (virtual call sheets, double-sided scripts, biodegradable cups) to the boardroom.

The most interesting of the lot was on Gale Anne Hurd’s work to ensure that the $125-million The Incredible Hulk production was “as green as possible”.
