Denmark Is Organic Country Of The Year
As recently announced, Denmark is to be Organic Country Of The Year at next year’s BioFach, the world’s largest organic trade fair.
Why? Because the Danes are large-scale organic consumers and the country has registered two-figure growth rates for years. It’s true, Danish consumers spent 25% more on organic food last year, according to government figures.
