As we mentioned back in September, Essentia is an uber-green mattress company that manufactures all natural memory foam mattresses and pillows.

So why are we posting about them again? Well, we’ve had a chance to try out one of their Natural Memory Pillows and wanted to pass on our review. Designed for side & back sleepers, the Essentia Natural Memory Pillow is molded using the best qualities of memory foam to provide the best neck support possible. Yep, it’s a great pilllow. Raves were heard around the office as we all tried it out for our daily naps (we even think some staff snuck it home now and again to use overnight). Don’t believe us, here’s another review we stumbled upon while doing our research.

But let’s not forget that this is no ordinary memory foam. No way. Essentia’s Natural Memory Material is 80% more breathable than a visco elastic memory foam pillow, thereby reducing heat and discomfort. It’s made using natural materials and is even biodegradable when exposed to the elements. (rain, wind, sun etc). But don’t worry, it’s still made to last, with a 20-year limited warranty.
