The Body Shop's New Aloe Vera Line

bodysopaloevera_photos.jpg

It’s not news that aloe vera is renowned for its fantastic natural, soothing properties. But it is news that The Body Shop has recently launched a new Aloe range that’s dermatologist approved, preservative-free, colour-free, fragrance-free, and clinically proven to soothe, protect, and minimise the reactions of sensitive skin.

Body Shop’s Community Trade aloe vera comes from the El Progreso region of Guatemala, hand collected, hand washed, and hand prepared, all within 12 hours of harvesting, to prevent any adulterations to the natural purity of the aloe. It’s some of the highest quality pure aloe vera there is. Plus, as it’s Community Trade, the farmers receive a fair price for their product. Further funds go towards teaching aids for up to 200 local schools.

Over the coming months, we’ll be reviewing various products from this line, as our testers get back to us with their thoughts. Stay tuned!
