Fire & Light Recycled Glass Tumblers

Over the next few days we're going to look at the 'green' items in Time Magazine's recent holiday gift guide. Along with every other publication on the continent, they had a collection of suggested gifts but what made theirs interesting was the 'For the Environmentalist' category. And despite the fact that the holidays are over (for most), it doesn't hurt to take a look at these innovative and fun products.

The first are the recycled glass tumblers (left) by Fire & Light. $17 (US) each, they come in cobalt, celery and six other colors. Recycled glass bottles and jars are used to create hand-poured dishwasher-safe glassware. They can be found at GreenFeet.com, in the Kitchen section where you can also find disposable bamboo plates, bowls and utensils.
